Meet the Models and their Makers at Corin Hardy’s Horrorthon

As we previously mentioned, this weekend The Picture House Cinema in Uckfield is putting on a weekend of horror unlike anything else seen in Sussex (and further) this spooky season.

There will of course be some terrifying titles including The Lost Boys (1987), Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992), Poltergeist (1982) and Nosferatu (1922), but additionally there are some offerings to appeal to the younger audiences.

Tim Burton Double Bill

The Picture House Cinema are particularly excited to announce unique special guests for our Corin Hardy Halloween Horrorthon Tim Burton Double Bill.

Director Corin Hardy has invited Andy Gent, one of animations finest model and puppet makers to zoom into The Picture House to introduce the films and tell us a bit about working with Tim Burton. Not only has he worked with Tim Burton but Andy also created the models for Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr Fox and Isle of Dogs.

PLUS our other specials guests are the stars of Frankenweenie and Corpse Bride. Andy is kindly lending us some of his models so ‘Sparky the Dog’ will be here at The Picture House along with other models for you to view.
