Submit a Film for Review

Please note: We are not currently taking film submissions via this process. We hope to re-instate this in the near future.

At Love Horror we often get requests from groups and individuals to review their horror films.
Until recently we just didn’t have the time to do this in most cases.

The Love Horror Film Submission Initiative

However, given our commitment to helping independent horror to get recognised, we’ve now set up a video submission initiative. This means that reviews your films could appear right up there with the blockbusters on the pages of Love Horror. That means our readership will see your stuff, as will our social following.

How to Submit a Film for Review

Just use the simple form below to submit your film. Our preferred format is web link (your video on Youtube, Vimeo or a similar video hosting site), but if you insist on sending us a physical copy (DVD or Blu-Ray) just specify that below and we’ll let you know where to send it.

Cost
Regrettably there is a submission fee, which covers administration. It also ensures that submissions are genuine, and not just part of a mass submission to every site going.

Impartiality
As with all of the films reviewed on Love Horror, your film will be judged impartially. So if the review isn’t positive, try not to take it to heart and use any constructive criticism to help develop your film making skills further.

Hollywood, CA, Summer 2025 – Dan Asma, a Co-Founder of the renowned Hollywood marketing agency Buddha Jones, makes his horror film directorial debut with TRIBE. His journey to piece together the mysterious death of an old friend brings him close to the edge of insanity, as he discovers ancient creatures who are still roaming the woods. During his quest, the professor experiences time loss, amnesia, chilling conspiracies and cover-ups, along with cataclysmic, cosmic horrors.
According to the GRIMMFEST 2025 website, “We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the European Premiere of TRIBE. Packed with high-concept ideas and wild leaps of imagination, with nods to Philip K. Dick and the cosmic horrors of H.P. Lovecraft, TRIBE is gripping, engrossing and creepy as hell! We can’t wait to unleash Dan Asma’s terrifying, mind blowing found footage nightmare on the GRIMMFEST crowd.”
