Five FrightFest Facts From Bill Posley director of Bitch Ass

The fantastic FrightFest returns to London for another year, bringing with it a gigantic horde of horror films playing across the August bank holiday weekend in Cineworld Leicester Square and the wonderful Prince Charles Cinema.
And if the brilliant blood filled horror festival is back so too are Love Horror’s Five FrightFest Facts, our exclusive series of interviews with the stars and creatives behind the horror that has been running since 2016.
Below we speak to Bill Posley director of Bitch Ass which received its International Premiere at FrightFest
1. Tell us about your film?
A gang initiation goes dreadfully wrong when a group of recruits breaks into a house of horror– where they are forced to play deadly games for their lives. Win and you live…lose and you die
2. How did you get into making horror movies?
I grew up watching horror movies in the 90s Like Candyman, leprechaun, in people under the stairs. Horror movies allow independent low budget filmmakers an opportunity to be seen and make a quality film with no money. The best part about horror is the genre is the star. Also horror has a loyal fan base that champions it’s filmmakers and it is a fun community to be a part of.
3. What film would you love to see screened at FrightFest and why?
Psycho Gorman It is a fun film that uses sheer imagination in unconventional storytelling.
4. If you could create your own award to give at the FrightFest, what would it be and why?
Movie with the best backstory on how it got made. I think that you never get to hear how a movie got made before you see it or or really learn with the film makers went through so whoever has the best story get an award.
5. If your life was made into a horror film, what would it be called and who would play the starring role?
Bill Killed Bill – Lavar Burton
FrightFest Presents & Signature Entertainment presents Bitch Ass on Digital Platforms later in 2022
