Bay of Blood – Special screening

bay of blood TBH Films is soon to be releasing a remastered version of the classic 1971 Mario Bava horror BAY OF BLOOD (aka Carnage, Twitch of the Death Nerve, Blood Bath). To celebrate they are putting on a free public preview on Monday 16th August.

This is a low budget horror of the finest vintage with an illogical plot and sublime violence. bay of bloodBay of Blood directly influenced the slasher movie boom of the 80s which we keep rehashing even today. It is also arguably one of the most violent films ever made with FX by Academy Award winning genius Carlo Rambaldi (ET, Dune, Close Encounters) look out for a variety of imaginative slaughter including hangings, stabbings, decapitation, impalement (single and double) choking and shootings.

Total Film called it one of the 50 greatest horror films of all time in 2005.
