The film, which has transitioned from an award-winning short by director Alberto Corredor to a full-length feature, showcases Freya Allan (The Witcher) in her feature film debut. The stellar cast also includes Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Ruby Barker (Bridgerton), Peter Mullan (Top of the Lake), Saffron Burrows (You), and Julika Jenkins (Dark).
In the wake of her father’s passing, a young woman comes into the inheritance of a dilapidated pub, only to uncover a sinister secret lurking in the basement. There, she encounters Baghead, a malevolent, shapeshifting entity with the power to facilitate communication with the dead – a proposition fraught with dark and dangerous consequences.
