Edward Furlong Leads in ‘Unspeakable: Beyond the Wall of Sleep’
Breaking Glass Pictures is set to release the final installment of Chad Ferrin’s ambitious Lovecraftian trilogy, Unspeakable: Beyond the Wall of Sleep, on 4 March 2025. The film, which delves into cosmic terror and psychological despair, stars Edward Furlong (Terminator 2, Pet Sematary Two) as Ambrose London, a world-renowned oneirologist tasked with investigating a disturbing case at Arkham Asylum. When his experimental Dream Machine inadvertently opens a portal to an alien force determined to annihilate the world, London is plunged into a harrowing battle against time and his own unraveling sanity.

Inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s enduring mythos, Ferrin’s latest work is a bold fusion of supernatural horror and visceral, practical effects. Alongside Furlong, the film features powerhouse performances from Robert Miano (Donnie Brasco) and Susan Priver, with a supporting cast that includes Bai Ling, Ginger Lynn, Lew Temple, Steve Railsback, and Cyril O’Reilly. This chilling chapter promises to push the boundaries of cosmic horror with its innovative special effects and a deeply disturbing atmosphere.

Ferrin, known for his cult status in the horror community, describes Unspeakable as “a final love letter to Lovecraft” – a project that marries intense psychological terror with the ineffable dread of the unknown. The film follows Ambrose London as he confronts not only an otherworldly menace but also the dark secrets of human frailty. In a story where the line between dreams and reality disintegrates, London’s struggle becomes a desperate fight for survival as he faces forces beyond comprehension.
CEO Rich Wolff of Breaking Glass Pictures remarked, “This film is unlike anything horror fans have seen before. It’s a mind-melter of cosmic proportions that challenges the very limits of human fear and ambition.” With a runtime of 90 minutes and produced by Crappy World Films, Unspeakable: Beyond the Wall of Sleep has already generated significant buzz on the festival circuit, winning awards at Hollywood Horrorfest, Romford Film Festival, Atlanta Horror Film Fest, Peephole Filmfest, and the Arizona Underground Film Festival.

Set to hit theaters worldwide on 4 March 2025, the film aims to become a defining moment in Lovecraftian cinema. Audiences eager for a fresh take on cosmic horror will find in Unspeakable a blend of brutal practical effects and a haunting vision that resonates.
