The film follows Lilith, played by Cate Blanchett, an infamous bounty hunter returning to her home planet to find the missing daughter of the powerful Atlas, portrayed by Edgar Ramírez. Alongside a ragtag team of misfits, including Roland (Kevin Hart), Tiny Tina (Ariana Greenblatt), Krieg (Florian Munteanu), Tannis (Jamie Lee Curtis), and Claptrap (Jack Black), they face alien species and dangerous bandits, uncovering explosive secrets along the way.

Over 1,900 people passed through the bar in just five hours, making it one of the most talked-about attractions at Comic-Con. The star-studded event saw appearances by Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis, Edgar Ramirez, Florian Munteanu, Bobby Lee, Janina Gavankar, and Benjamin Byron Davis, who mingled with fans, took photos, and participated in interviews. The atmosphere was electric, with live DJ sets by Claptrap and Moxxi cosplayers adding to the vibrant and chaotic energy.

Adding to the excitement, Borderlands unleashed Bandit street teams across the convention, distributing over 30,000 copies of the exclusive Borderlands Cover Entertainment Weekly San Diego Comic-Con Special Issue. These bandits roamed the streets, creating a buzz and spreading the Borderlands fever far and wide.

The Borderlands cast and characters made their presence felt at several high-profile press studios, including the IMDb Boat and Entertainment Weekly.
