Shudder Originals and Exclusives
Prepare to be drawn into the darkness with Late Night with the Devil, premiering exclusively on Shudder and AMC+ on Friday, 19 April. Set on Halloween night in 1977, this eerie film follows Jack Delroy, a late-night talk show host who, in a desperate bid to save his plummeting ratings, plans a Halloween special that unwittingly unleashes an evil force into the living rooms of America. Starring David Dastmalchian and Laura Gordon, this film is a must-watch for those who dare to explore the supernatural.
The terror continues with Infested, streaming exclusively on Shudder and AMC+ from Friday, 26 April. Directed by Sébastien Vanicek, this gripping tale of survival unfolds in a suburban building overwhelmed by venomous spiders, where residents must find a way out or face a deadly fate.

New Additions to Shudder’s Film Library
Starting 1 April, Shudder enriches its library with a series of hair-raising films, beginning with Mute Witness, a suspenseful thriller about a mute makeup artist who witnesses a brutal murder after hours on a film set in Moscow. Following closely are The Gates, a chilling story of a cursed prison in 1890s London, and the iconic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974), a film that needs little introduction – for the uninformed, it’s an unforgettable tale of five friends who encounter sinister forces in rural Texas.
April also sees the addition of Picnic at Hanging Rock, Tin Can, Ju-On: The Grudge, Ju-On: The Grudge 2, Ju-On: The Curse, and Ju-On: The Curse 2, each bringing their own unique blend of terror, mystery, and supernatural elements to the Shudder lineup.

Mid-month introduces Gateway, a tale of desperation and supernatural discovery, The Third Saturday in October and its sequel (The Third Saturday in October Part V), as well as Bride of Re-Animator and Zombie, offering a mix of slasher thrills and undead horrors.
Rounding out the month, The Tunnel and its documentary counterpart The Tunnel: The Other Side of Darkness, 13th Floor, and Final Cut (aka Death Games) provide an intriguing mix of investigative horror, supernatural encounters, and dark secrets waiting to be uncovered.
With such a diverse and terrifying selection of films, Shudder’s April lineup is poised to captivate and horrify viewers in the UK and Ireland. Whether you’re a fan of classic horror, supernatural thrillers, or mind-bending mysteries, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Prepare to immerse yourself in the dark and twisted worlds that only Shudder can deliver.
