Selkie Poster Revealed

We were just talking about Selkie in our recent interview with Emily Booth and now the poster has been released. This week is just all about Selkie.

The poster gives us a little more of a taste of what to expect in the short film which will be appearing at festivals over the coming months.

In the film a fisherman (Joseph Rye) finds a treasured Selkie’s skin on the beach. Soon after, a mysterious woman (Emily Booth) is summoned to his house, but after a lifetime of enslavement she’s determined to reclaim her true mythical identity.

The film has been described as an ‘adult fairytale based on Celtic myth’ and has been a labour of love for Emily who is producer, writer and lead actress for it.
