Disney Star Bella Thorne to Make Horror Debut in Amityville Film

Bella Thorne, the teen actress/singer/dancer best known for her appearances in Disney films and TV shows is to appear in a horror film.
Bella, 16, has been cast in the 
latest addition to the Amityville franchise, which is rumoured to be a re imagining of the original 1979 film.
She’ll star alongside Jennifer Jason Leigh who will play a mother of three that moves into the notorious house.
The Wrap reports that the film was initially intended to be a found footage movie, but thankfully that idea has been dropped in favor.
The new Amityville film is scheduled for a January 2015 release.
