Let the Right One In Takes to the Stage

The hugely popular vampire film Let the Right One In has now been translated to stage and will begin showing at London’s West End later this month.

Starting out as a novel by John Ajvide let the right one in stageLindqvist, Let the Right One In was released as a film in 2008 and was hugely popular earning it a number of awards and nominations.
The story had a Hollywood reboot in 2010 and this new stage version is said by Lindqvist to be “a wonderful coming together of the two film versions, the book and some original additions”.

This stage adaptation has been put together by The National Theatre of Scotland and has already won a South Bank Sky Arts award and will begin its strictly limited West End season at the Apollo theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue on 26th March.
