Sauna may not sound like an obvious name for a horror movie, which is probably why Antti-Jussi Annila’s chilling arthouse release of that name has been re-tagged Evil Rising for it’s forthcoming UK release.
Set in war-ravaged 16th Century Europe where the horrors of battle are nothing compared to the darker fears that lurk in an isolated comminuty.
As the trailer clearly shows, the film is stylishly shot, and is set to shock and distrub:
