FrightFest Unveils a Hair-Raising Halloween Line-Up for 2023

It feels like only a couple of weeks since August FrightFest was unleashing merry hell on all that dared to attend, and it’s hard to believe that would be any new horror left to share after that onslaught. But happily 2023 has over-delivered on the horror front, and FrightFest and Pigeon Shrine are prepping for a Halloween extravaganza.

In the coming weeks. whispering October winds will escort autumn leaves and spirits of the undead to Cineworld, Leicester Square for a two-day Halloween event packed-full with terror. FrightFest Halloween runs on Friday October 27th and Saturday October 28th so you only have a short time to prepare for a shockingly good time with nine premiere titles that will strike fear into your heart.

Alan Jones, FrightFest co-director, promises, “We’ve assembled nine new genre titles to make this year’s Halloween event a happy haunting ground with all treats – no tricks – to satisfy your jaundiced appetites.”

Friday 27th October

18:10 The Waterhouse – World Premiere

The festivity kicks off with the world premiere of Sam Clemens’ unnerving urban psychological thriller, “The Waterhouse.” Sam, making his directorial debut, follows in the footsteps of his famous father, genre writer/director Brian Clemens. Join him, along with the cast, as they delve into the eerie mysteries lurking in the shadows.

20:15 He Never Left – International Premiere
