To celebrate the 20th July Blu-ray and DVD release of Pitfall, we’ve teamed up with Dazzler Media to give two lucky readers the chance to win a Blu-ray copy of this brutal survival horror.
Pitfall takes a simple premise and twists it into a relentless nightmare. After becoming separated from his friends during a trip into the woods, a young man plunges into a concealed ten-foot pit lined with sharpened spikes. Impaled through the leg and unable to escape, he soon realises the trap was no accident. Someone put him there… and they may be coming back.
What follows is an intense battle for survival as the clock ticks down and every attempt to escape pushes him closer to the limits of human endurance. Blending psychological tension with grisly practical horror, Pitfall turns one terrifying location into a claustrophobic ordeal where hope becomes increasingly difficult to hold onto.
Directed by James Kondelik, the film stars Marshall Williams (Glee), Alexandra Essoe (The Pope’s Exorcist, Doctor Sleep, Midnight Mass), Richard Harmon (Final Destination: Bloodlines, The 100) and UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture (The Expendables).
