It's Jean Claude Van Damme versus alien kind in an explosive new film that's said to be a fusion of Independence Day and District 9. From the producer of Airborne, UFO begins with a violent earthquake which is followed by strange lights in the sky. Power is lost across the planet and as the clouds clear, a UFO appears, a UFO the size of a city. With electricity and few resources, humanity is helpless in the face of a vast alien army which could attack at any time. And soon enough a battle for planet earth ensues with everyone having to fight not just for their own survival but for that of the human race. With an impressive cast including Sean Pertwee (Event Horizon, Dog Soliders), Julian Glover (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, The Empire Strikes Back), and action legend Jean Claude Van Damme (Expendables 2, Timecop) and new stars stars Bianca Bree and Sean Brosnan, UFO promises to be an action-packed sci-fi spectacular.
