Abertoir Horror Festival announces Sci-Fi theme for 2019

The Abertoir Horror festival is one of our favourite events of the calendar year here at Love Horror. Entering its 14th year, the mighty Welsh genre festival have recently announced their dates and theme for 2019.

In a brilliantly ingenious homage to Ridley Scott’s iconic Alien (1979), Abertoir teases its Sci-Fi Horror theme, a bold departure from last year’s slasher movie theme and giallo theme from 2017 but equally as exciting! Without a doubt Abertoir will have plenty of surprises up their sleeves guaranteeing six days of new and classic genre films, special events and so much more…!

Abertoir will take place during the latter part of November, running from the 19th-24th at the Aberystwyth Arts Centre. Keep a look out on www.abertoir.co.uk and their social media platforms for more announcements over the coming months.
