If you’re already having withdrawl symptoms from GRIMM UP NORTH FESTIVAL 2011 and can’t wait until next year’s fest, then salvation is at hand!
As from January 2012, Grimm will be hosting the GRIMM UP NORTH monthly double bills.
The season opens on the 26th JAN 2012 with a CULT CLASSIC ITALIAN HORROR NIGHT bringing you Dario Argento’s lost 1971 masterpiece FOUR FLIES ON GREY VELVET and Michele Soavi’s overlooked DELLAMORTE DELLAMORE, THE CEMETARY MAN starring Rupert Everett.
Cult, Horror, Sci-fi and Fantasy movies are their lifeblood! Theres nothing else like this in the Northwest, so if you are a genre movie fan there is no where else to be than the GRIMM monthly screenings.
Their home will be THE DANCEHOUSE THEATRE, Oxford Road, Manchester (Next to Odder Bar). The 400 seat art deco theatre will make a perfect atmospheric setting (Anyone who came to GRIMM UP NORTH 2010 will know what we mean!) Grimm are working with all the main UK film distributors to bring you new movies, special premieres and a number of cult classics.
