Brian Austin Green Faces ‘The 3 Killer Pigs’ in Retro Horror Nightmare

A blood oath, a desperate farmer and three murderous pigs are at the centre of The 3 Killer Pigs, a new retro-styled horror thriller that is preparing to charge into US cinemas before heading to VOD this October. Written and directed by Thomas J. Churchill, the film brings together a cast of familiar genre and television faces including Brian Austin Green, Anson Williams and the late Robert Carradine.

The story follows a local farmer who takes extreme measures in an attempt to reclaim his livestock, only for a blood oath to unleash something far worse. When the killer pigs return to the place where their nightmare began, the farmhouse and those inside it are plunged into a fight for survival.

Churchill has described the film as an homage to the work of Italian horror filmmaker Dario Argento, with composer Marco Werba providing the score. Werba previously collaborated with Argento, helping the production lean further into its European horror influences.

The cast also includes Rachel Pizzolato and Dancing with the Stars performer Sharna Burgess, both making their feature film debuts, alongside Robert LaSardo, Sadie Katz, William McNamara, Meghan Carrasquillo, Dare Taylor, James Pratt, Cody Renee Cameron, Richard Gabai, Tank Jones, Scott on Tape, Savoy Bailey, Tommy Morgan Jr. and Alyssa Mei Li.

The film also carries added significance due to the presence of Robert Carradine, who appears in what may be one of his final screen roles. Carradine died in February at the age of 71 following a career spanning more than five decades, with notable credits including Revenge of the Nerds, The Long Riders and Lizzie McGuire. His final public appearance came at a sneak preview screening of The 3 Killer Pigs during the American Film Market in November 2025.

Creature effects were handled by Emmy winner Marcel Banks and Anaglyph Studios, while Kaitlin Lyerly oversaw make-up.

“We hope the audience continues to embrace The 3 Killer Pigs as we are planning to build a franchise with them,” Churchill said.

Churchill and Zorich Hunt have developed Church Hill Productions around commercially driven genre projects, working across horror, action, family and Christmas titles, with previous productions finding distribution through platforms and companies including Lionsgate, Starz, Peacock, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Tubi, Hulu and Netflix.

The 3 Killer Pigs begins its limited US theatrical run on 25 September 2026, with Quiver Distribution releasing the film on VOD from 23 October.
