The Transparent Woman is the latest giallo film courtesy of M International Films (Phantasmagoria, L’amour à la plage). The film follows Anna, a beautiful and independent blind woman who, due to financial problems has to sell the apartment that she and her husband lived in. They're forced to move into an old house in a remote, rural location and Anna quickly begins to feel very alone. Soon eery noises and strange facts lead her to think that someone (or something) else is in the house with her. The Transparent Woman stars erotic and pornographic actress Roberta Gemma and Arian Levannael and is directed by Domiziano Cristopharo. The film is inspired in style by other giallo greats such as Mario Bava, Pupi Avati and Dario Argento and by all accounts looks pretty interesting. Watch the trailer here:
