Director Michael A. Isaacs will deliver Christmas chills with ‘Twas the Night’
Director Michael A. Isaacs has provided us with fresh details about his upcoming Christmas-themed horror movie, ‘Twas the Night. The film will focus on an all-female rock back who find themselves being stalked by a malevolent creature after a blizzard leaves them stranded and unable to send for help.

Isaacs is planning on delivering a mixture of heavy gore and a strong focus on female empowerment, so it sounds like modern horror fans will be in for a treat. He also confirmed that we can expect to see the women wielding their guitars as weapons against the beast which hunts them, which should make for some interesting set-pieces. And Isaacs also provided his own spin on the familiar Christmas carol from which the film derives its title, and you can read his haunting rendition of the popular song below:
‘Twas the night before Christmas, in a blizzard so deep,
An all-female rock band finds nowhere to sleep.
Stranded and shivering, their spirits are low,
They strum and they riff, not knowing the woe.
All the creatures are stirring, with eyes dark and wild,
As a sinister legend awakens, their peace is defiled.
Their Christmas carols twist into chords of dread,
Summoning shadows and phantoms of the dead.
Each haunting melody weaves a web of fear,
As the echoes of their music draw horrors near.
With riffs like thunder and beats so profound,
They face the dark forces that in shadows are found.
In the grip of the macabre, their courage is shown,
Against the symphony of terror, they stand alone.

‘Twas the Night will star Christina De La Ossa, Josh Barnett, Natalie Renier-Bertolucci, Graham Vowell, Katy Mikelle, and Jeremy Jones. While Josh Fonseca provided the script, and DINC will provide the soundtrack. And the makeup effects will be handled by the prolific Alissa Chavez, who has a large number of credits to her name.
Although an exact production window has yet to be confirmed, crowdfunding options are currently being explored, so we can expect to hear more about ‘Twas the Night in the coming weeks.

I’m pretty sure Michael Isaacs has never actually released a movie, but just likes to pretend. He’s deleted far more of his attempted projects that are even still up on IMDb. Such a huge waste of time for actors, applying for casting calls that will never lead anywhere.
