Stay Safe follows Eva, a US Navy pandemic doctor, whose life takes a dark turn when she and her boyfriend, Patricio, take in Isabel, a woman fleeing from military police during curfew. What begins as an act of compassion spirals into a series of nightmares and hallucinations that threaten Eva’s sanity and well-being. Eva suspects she is pregnant, despite evidence to the contrary, and soon discovers that Isabel is a demonic entity causing havoc.
