Dani Dyer leaves Love Island for new horror film

Dani Dyer swaps her romance in a new Horror film in the scary, dark woods for the possibility of true love in ‘Love Island’.

Dani Dyer joins legendary music icon Toyah Wilcox (Jubilee), Nicholas Vince (Hellraiser), facebook phenomenon Stuggy, and Clark Gable III (host of “Cheaters”, and grandson of the late, great Clark Gable) in the unique, new horror/psychological thriller feature film HECKLE.

HECKLE the movie is about a stand-up comedian who gets stalked by a fiendish Heckler, and ends with a sinister twist. Writer Airell Anthony Hayles says that Dani Dyer is very excited about becoming a true scream queen!

The film is directed by Emmy nominated Martyn Pick and shooting is close to completion, prior to its Halloween release. HECKLE producers wanted to invoke an eighties retro aesthetic, but thread it within a chilling, yet bold narrative that we’ve not heard before.

Dani Dyer is an actress known for Doghouse (2009), We Still Kill the Old Way (2014) and Bonded by Blood 2 (2017). Actor James de’Val, who co-stars along-side Dani as her boyfriend Luke in the movie says – ‘Dani really is a dream to work with. We shared great chemistry on screen which is only possible when you have someone as talented as Dani to act alongside’. Dani is a much loved member of the HECKLE family, the cast and crew will be voting for her to win ‘Love Island’.

HECKLE is produced by UK based company Voodoo Productions, who already have a plethora of feature film and TV work under their belt and a slate of upcoming releases including ‘The Alpha Rules’, a documentary about the The Game, a New York Times best seller by Neil Strauss.
