Brit Horror Fractured Wins Love Horror Award

Independent British Horror Fractured has won the Love Horror award for ‘Best Film’ at the Unrestricted View London Horror film festival.

The film follows characters Rebecca and Michael who decide to take a weekend getaway and drive into the isolated countryside. Everything seems fine as they arrive at their cottage, but Rebecca can’t help but feel like someone is watching.

The edgy thriller beat off fierce competition from a number of other independent productions.

On presenting the award, Love Horror stated: “Fractured is a superb example of independent British horror. It’s a thoroughly enjoyable, though chilling experience.

“The imaginitive story combined with a superb script, high production value and expert casting make it an obvious choice as winner of our award.”

Director Jamie Patterson, writer Christian James Hearn and star April Pearson were present to accept the award.
