Fright Night trailer and images

One of the biggest horror releases of 2011 is set to be Fright Night, a remake of the hugely popular 1985 release of the same name.

Charley Brewster (Anton Yelchin) and his buddy Eddie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) have to take matters into their own hands when a vampire named Jerry (Colin Farrell) moves into their neighbourhood.

David Tennant and Imogen Poots do their bit to represent Britain in this gore-filled 3D extravaganza.
And there’s even a cameo from the original Fright Night vampire (Chris Sarandon) to add an element of nostalgia to the fast-paced, action-packed film.

Fright Night is out in 3D on September 2 but if you can’t wait that long, be sure to get to Frightfest.
